Everything you need to know about our collection, process, and service — before you begin.
Reeva Sethi Home is rooted in timeless, architecture-led interiors. We favour proportion, natural materials, and craftsmanship that improves with age. Our aesthetic is traditional, but never nostalgic. It is not a trend, and it is not a category. It is a standard.
Reeva Sethi Home is a luxury furniture and design studio located at 20430 Saratoga–Los Gatos Road, Saratoga, CA 95070 — in the heart of Silicon Valley's most established residential communities, including Saratoga, Los Gatos, Monte Sereno, and Los Altos Hills.
Visits are by appointment so we can prepare relevant pieces, materials, and finish samples for your project. View location details and book your visit via our showroom page.
We recommend appointments for all visits. This allows us to curate the floor, pull relevant fabric swatches and finish samples, and prepare materials aligned with your space or project brief.
To schedule your visit, use our appointment booking page or call us at +1 408-797-5283.
Buying furniture well is not a one-click event. It is closer to commissioning a tailored garment than ordering a commodity. We guide homeowners and interior designers through scale, finishes, materials, and delivery planning so the piece arrives right, not merely "arrives."
To begin, visit the product page in our Shop and follow the purchase or inquiry option provided. For furniture, bespoke pieces, or trade procurement, contact us directly to begin a guided quote and specification process.
Yes. Many pieces from our luxury furniture collection are available to view in our Saratoga showroom. For made-to-order or bespoke furniture, we review materials, construction details, and finish samples with you in person before production begins.
Yes. We curate limited and one-of-a-kind pieces when they meet our standards for proportion, material integrity, and lasting design. Availability can change quickly. If a piece is rare, we recommend confirming status before planning around it. Browse current new arrivals or visit the showroom to see what is currently on the floor.
We keep the collection available online to remain current and responsible with materials. Many product pages include downloadable details suitable for client presentations and project binders. If you prefer printed reference materials, curated sheets may be available upon request — contact us to enquire.
Our collection includes both artisan-made pieces and curated sourcing. Where a piece is made depends on the program and category. We prioritise workshops that demonstrate correct construction, material integrity, and finishing discipline. Product pages and quotes specify origin and construction details.
Reeva Sethi Home is not a showroom for mass-produced lines. We carry a considered edit of heirloom-quality furniture — pieces selected for longevity, material integrity, and craftsmanship that holds its value over time. Our collection spans furniture, rugs, fabrics, and luxury home décor, with bespoke and design services available through RS Studio.
Yes. We offer bespoke and made-to-order furniture across select categories, including sofas and settees, chairs, tables, and case goods. Customisation may include dimensions, wood species, finishes, upholstery, and detailing.
Bespoke projects begin with a conversation. Learn more on our Bespoke Services page, or visit our Saratoga showroom to review proportions and materials in person.
Production begins only after all specifications are approved. This typically includes final dimensions (if applicable), finish selection approval, fabric selection or COM approval (if applicable), and a signed order confirmation. Once production begins, changes are limited or not possible.
Yes. For most made-to-order programs, we provide wood finish samples, fabric swatches, and material references prior to final approval. This is the point: clarity before production.
Samples may be reviewed in our showroom or coordinated remotely for qualified projects. Contact us to request a sample set or schedule a finish review.
A strike-off is a physical reference that shows how a finish or fabric will appear under real light and at real scale. Approving samples protects you from surprises. We don't treat finish approval as a formality. It is the moment the piece becomes yours.
COM stands for "Customer's Own Material." It means you supply your own fabric for upholstery. We provide yardage requirements and suitability guidance, including whether reinforcement or backing is needed depending on the fabric.
In many cases, yes. We regularly work with designers and homeowners to align new pieces with existing interiors. Finish matching is approached as a reference process rather than exact duplication, particularly with natural materials. Our RS Studio design team can assist with full material coordination.
No. Bespoke, made-to-order, and personalised items are produced specifically for your project based on approved specifications and are final sale. This is why we emphasise samples and approvals before production begins.
Lead times vary by maker, material, and finish. In-stock décor items and smaller pieces ship relatively quickly, while made-to-order and bespoke furniture requires a longer production timeline. We confirm estimated lead times at the time of order.
We accept standard payment methods used for luxury retail and custom procurement. Payment requirements may vary depending on whether an item is in-stock, made-to-order, or bespoke. Your invoice will state the terms clearly.
If you are a verified trade buyer with appropriate resale documentation for the state(s) where you do business, sales tax may be handled accordingly. Requirements depend on jurisdiction and must be confirmed at the time of purchase. Contact us to discuss your trade status.
Yes. Furniture is delivered via white-glove service, including scheduled delivery, in-room placement, and packaging removal. Stair carries and complex installs may incur additional fees. Full details are available on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Yes. We ship throughout the United States. Delivery method depends on item size, destination, and service level. Visit our Shipping & Delivery page for full details, or contact us for a delivery quote.
In-stock orders may be changed within a short window prior to fulfillment. Made-to-order, bespoke, and personalised items cannot be changed once production begins. Please review our full Returns & Exchanges Policy or contact us promptly if you need to make a change.
Eligible décor items in original condition may be returned within the approved return window. Made-to-order, bespoke, and final-sale items are non-returnable. Full details are on our Returns & Exchanges Policy page. We also offer gift cards for those who prefer flexibility.
We prioritise solid hardwoods, heritage textiles, and finishes designed to age gracefully. Many pieces in our furniture collection are produced using traditional joinery and workshop methods. Our fabric selection includes natural fibres appropriate for heirloom upholstery and custom drapery programs.
Yes. Natural materials vary. Grain, tone, and hand-applied finishes will show subtle variation from piece to piece. This is intrinsic to the character of solid wood furniture — not a defect.
Avoid direct sunlight, heat sources, and standing moisture. Dust with a soft dry cloth and use coasters and felt pads. Avoid silicone sprays and harsh chemical cleaners. For pieces from our casegoods or tables collection, we recommend periodic conditioning with a suitable wood oil or wax — we are happy to advise per piece.
Vacuum rugs regularly without a beater bar. Blot spills immediately — do not rub. Professional cleaning is recommended for deeper care of both rugs and upholstered pieces. For throw blankets and throw pillows, follow the care label on each specific piece.
Yes. We actively support interior designers serving the greater Bay Area — including Saratoga, Los Altos, Atherton, Palo Alto, and San Jose — through our Trade Gallery program, offering trade pricing, material support, and procurement coordination.
