For accessories, cushions, throws, and smaller décor items, we utilize UPS or FedEx Ground service. Items are securely packed in protective packaging designed for transit.
For furniture and bespoke pieces, we offer White-Glove delivery. Our team brings your items into your home, places them in your room of choice, provides assembly when required, and removes packaging materials.
White-glove delivery includes placement and assembly where applicable. Additional site conditions (tight access, stairs, elevator reservations, or HOA requirements) may require a custom quote.
Currently, we offer shipping within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).
Shipments are insured. If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and item so we can coordinate the appropriate resolution.
Our design consultants are available to assist with your return or help you find the perfect replacement.
