DOES REEVA SETHI HAVE A COMMERCIAL GRADE LINE?

TERMS OF SALE
WHAT IS NEEDED TO BEGIN PRODUCTION FOR MADE TO ORDER ITEMS?'
To begin production on made-to-order pieces, Reeva Sethi Home requires a 50% deposit at the time of purchase. For in-stock items, full payment is required at the time of order. All finish and fabric selections, along with approved order details, must be submitted prior to production.
Once your piece is complete, the remaining balance will be collected and your order released for pickup. While we always strive to meet your desired timeline, we cannot guarantee completion or delivery by a specific date.
Please note: The name listed in the “Sold To” section of the sales order must match the name associated with the selected payment method. The purchaser assumes full responsibility for all payments due.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?

GENERAL CARE
Caring for Your Reeva Sethi Home Piece
Just as climate shapes the character of a tree, the environment within your home influences the natural timber of your furniture. Modern heating and air conditioning can create dry conditions that may, over time, result in fine surface lines known as crazing — often admired in heirloom antiques as a testament to authentic craftsmanship. These subtle markings are not defects, but signs of real wood gracefully aging with its surroundings.
To help preserve the beauty of your piece, we recommend avoiding placement near radiators, heating vents, fireplaces, or prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which may cause fading or drying of the wood.
As with any fine furnishing, take care to use coasters for drinks, and avoid placing hot objects directly on the surface. Wipe spills promptly with a soft, clean cloth — especially those involving heat or alcohol. Planters and vases should be set with care to prevent scratches. When moving your piece, always lift — never drag — to protect its structure and craftsmanship.

UPHOLSTERY CARE
Begin by removing all loose cushions. Gently loosen surface dust with a soft handheld brush, then use a vacuum with a brush attachment to clean all areas of the piece — including the back, sides, arms, and base. If applicable, don’t forget the skirt and the platform beneath the cushions. Vacuum both sides of each cushion thoroughly to maintain the fabric’s freshness and appearance.
WOOD/VENEER
To preserve the richness of your Reeva Sethi Home piece, we recommend gently dusting exposed surfaces once a week with a clean, slightly damp cotton cloth, followed by a dry cloth to ensure no moisture remains. Once a month, nourish the wood with a high-quality, non-silicone paste wax from a trusted maker, always following the grain of the wood to maintain its natural beauty and prevent scratching. Allow the finish to dry completely before returning any objects to the surface.
For greasy spots or wax buildup, a mild, diluted dish soap may be applied with a clean cloth and removed with another. After cleaning, reapply paste wax to the entire affected surface to ensure even protection and luster.
Please note: Silicone-based sprays are not recommended, as they may compromise the finish over time.
BRASS
Each brass piece from Reeva Sethi Home is hand-cast in our own foundry, using time-honored techniques passed down through generations. To preserve the rich, natural patina of the metal, we recommend the occasional application of a high-quality inert wax — free of cleansing agents.
Avoid the use of abrasive cloths or polishes, as these may compromise the integrity and finish of the surface. With thoughtful care, your brass will continue to age beautifully, reflecting both its craftsmanship and the character of your home.
