A second chapter, built on an early standard
Reeva Sethi founded Reeva Sethi Home after more than two decades in technology and marketing, including work at VMware and RingCentral. The Saratoga showroom, opened in 2025, is her second chapter: a return to the way she knew objects growing up — chosen carefully, maintained properly and expected to remain with a family.
That conviction led her through workshops in India and Indonesia, where she met makers working with solid wood, traditional joinery, hand-applied finishes and handwoven textiles. Those visits shaped a collection grounded not in a single period or style, but in a clear standard: a piece must justify its place through material, construction, proportion and the way it will age.
Reeva leads the edit personally. She works with workshops, artisans, collectors and estates to find furnishings that can live comfortably across periods and alongside pieces a client already owns. The aim is not a matching room. It is a home that feels considered, useful and accumulated over time.

Judged on material, not moment
We look beyond the surface: the species and cut of the wood, the stability of the construction, the relationship between solid timber and correctly used veneer, the quality of the finish, the weight of the hardware and whether the piece can be maintained or repaired.
In textiles and rugs, we consider fibre, weave, hand, colour and the way the material will soften with use. Nothing earns a place merely because it is fashionable, old or handmade. The work itself has to be sound.
The standard, made visible
Reeva writes RS Studio, an editorial journal about furniture construction, design history, natural materials, proportion, restoration and the decisions that make rooms endure. The journal exists to make the standards behind the collection visible — so clients can understand not only what they are buying, but why one piece is likely to serve them better than another.
This research-led approach is central to Reeva Sethi Home. The showroom is not simply a place to view inventory; it is a place to compare grain, weight, weave, finish and scale in person, and to make decisions with greater clarity.
A working expression of the point of view
The showroom at 20430 Saratoga–Los Gatos Road is a working expression of the studio's point of view: furniture from different periods placed together, rugs and textiles considered in natural light, and rooms composed around architecture rather than passing trends.
Reeva Sethi Home offers in-home consultation, space planning, furnishing, sourcing and interior styling. The studio works throughout Saratoga, Los Gatos, Monte Sereno, Los Altos, Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Atherton and the wider San Francisco Bay Area, with collection and trade inquiries welcomed from beyond California.
