A faithful revival of an 18th-century French masterpiece, the Chien à la Fontaine tapestry was originally woven circa 1770 at the Royal Aubusson Manufactory. This exquisite scene—featuring a pastoral fountain landscape with a hound at rest—is brought to life through handweaving techniques passed down for generations.

Crafted from pure New Zealand wool and backed with a full lining, this tapestry is finished with a sewn-in sleeve for effortless hanging using a decorative rod. For a cleaner presentation, it can also be mounted using a concealed wooden batten.
