Returns are accepted on eligible in-stock items within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging. Return shipping and any approved pickup or transport costs are the customer’s responsibility unless an item is defective or arrives damaged. Made-to-order, custom, bespoke, and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of placement, provided fulfillment or production has not yet begun.
After 24 hours, orders may enter packing, scheduling, or production. Once in process, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
These pieces are created specifically for you, including selected fabrics, finishes, sizing, or tailored details. They are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a verified manufacturing defect or damage in transit.

Eligible in-stock small décor, including cushions, throws, and select accessories, may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Return windows are based on the carrier’s marked delivery date.
Eligible in-stock furniture may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery, subject to the conditions below. Furniture exchanges are not offered.
Exchanges are available for eligible small décor only, provided the item is unused and returned in original packaging. Furniture, rugs, made-to-order, custom, bespoke, and final sale items are not eligible for exchange.
The following are not eligible for return or exchange:
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours at orders@reevasethi.com.
Email orders@reevasethi.com with your order number and reason for return. If eligible, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, arrange pickup.
Returns sent without prior authorisation may be refused.
