Start a Free Online Return or Exchange

We always hope you are happy with your Reeva Sethi Home purchase. If you are not, we gladly accept returns for unused, and unaltered items with original tags attached and the original invoice. For all approved returns, we provide a prepaid shipping label

Choose one of two easy options to start your return:

Once you complete the steps, you’ll receive a prepaid label and multiple drop-off options, including thousands of UPS and FedEx locations.

Start a Free Online Return or Exchange

  1. Show the barcode/QR code to the carrier or print your shipping label. If you can’t print, present your return confirmation email at the nearest carrier location for assistance.
  2. Pack your return. Place your item(s) and the packing slip inside a sturdy carton (you may reuse the original box). Remove or cover any old labels and barcodes. Seal the box and affix the prepaid label to the outside.
  3. Ship it back. Drop your package at the nearest carrier location. For exchanges, please return the product(s) within four business days of receiving your exchange label. Use the tracking link in your confirmation email to follow progress.
  4. For exchanges, your new product(s) will be processed immediately and shipped once the return scans in.
  5. Prefer returning in person? Bring your item(s) and online order number to our boutique during business hours.

Additional Notes

  • Some payment types and special orders may not be eligible for exchange; a new order may be created and charged if an exchange is not received.
  • Items marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • For oversized furniture and rugs, a scheduled carrier pickup may be required.

Return a Purchase Made In-Store

Bring your item(s) and receipt to the boutique within the eligible return window. Our team will process your refund to the original form of payment once the item is inspected.
