Faux bamboo tabourets were made in England through the nineteenth century, often in pairs, to stand at the end of a bed or either side of a fireplace. The Hartwell follows that form: a gallery of short turned spindles beneath the seat, legs that splay gently toward the floor, and a low X stretcher with a turned finial at its centre.
The seat is a tight, slightly domed cushion in olive leather, finished with a close row of antique brass nailheads. Custom upholstery to order; made singly or as a pair.

Product Care
- Dust with a soft dry cloth. Use coasters under glasses and keep the piece out of direct sun and away from heaters. Avoid abrasive or solvent cleaners.
- Wipe leather with a soft dry cloth and condition it once or twice a year.

Final Sale
Furniture and custom pieces are final sale. Please inspect your piece at delivery and report any damage within 48 hours, with photos. We will arrange a repair or replacement at no cost to you.
